At CRDI.online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your CRDI.online account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
